Step 1

Take 2 tsp ghee in a bowl and add 1 cup milk in it and mix it well

Step 2

Now add mawa and mix it let it be for sometime. Then add saffron milk, milk powder and Kesar mix it well till it turns thicker

Step 3

Now take it into a bowl and add sugar powder as per taste and mix it well Take Modak mold and spread ghee inside the mold

Step 4

Stuff the prepared stuffing into mold properly Modak is ready to serve
