Step 1

Take paneer cubes in a bowl, add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, Garam masala, curry leaves powder, ginger-garlic paste, corn flour, rice flour, Lemon juice and some water, add according to consistency and mix it well.

Step 2

Make thick- marination. Heat the pan, add 3 tbsp rani oil, shallow fry and roll over the paneer till it gets golden brown.

Step 3

Now prepare tadka heat the pan. Add 2 tbsp rani oil, curry leaves, chopped ginger-garlic, green chili, mix it well, Add paneer-marination, cook it well.
