Step 1

Heat the pan add peanut in it and roast it then chopped. Take 1 bowl Gram flour in a bowl, add 1 tbsp of rice flour mix it well then add 1 tbsp curd mix it well.

Step 2

Add oil in a heated pan, add chopped peanuts to the pan, stir them for a while, add a 1 tbsp green chili paste, mix it and stir them and add water, salt, sugar, pinch of turmeric powder and mix it well.

Step 3

Now add the gram flour mixture in it. Stir it for 1 minute, add 1 cup coriander and mix it well. Grease, oil in the plate spread mixture to plate. Cut them into pieces, then fry kothimibir vadi. Ready to eat your kothimbir vadi.
