Step 1

Bring a pan to a boil with water to produce this delicious main meal. When the water is lukewarm, add the khoya. Turn off the heat and set aside the wet khoya.

Step 2

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan over high heat and add the garam masala, asafoetida seeds, cumin seeds, and onions. Mix the ingredients together and cook them. After 5-7 minutes, stir in the onion paste. Allow the mixture to fry.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, combine the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and garam masala with a little water. Mix well to get a paste-like texture. Combine this paste with the above-mentioned mixture.

Step 4

Finally, add the khoya, peas, and tomatoes to the prepared mixture. Mix in the spices well. Allow it to cook for about 30 minutes with the cover on.

Step 5

When all of the ingredients are cooked, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
