Step 1

Carrots, potatoes, and peas should all be mashed together. To the mashed vegetables, add red chilli powder, cheese, chopped coriander leaves, coriander powder, salt, and garam masala. Everything should be well combined.

Step 2

3 tbsp bread crumbs should be added to the mixture. Take some of the mixture and form it into the shape of a nugget. Add extra bread crumbs if necessary.

Step 3

Combine 2 tbsp cornflour and 1/2 cup water. Roll the nuggets in the leftover bread crumbs after dipping them in the cornflour.

Step 4

Heat the oil in a pan before adding the nuggets. Fry them in a shallow pan till golden brown. Once finished, place them on absorbent paper to absorb any extra oil.

Step 5

Your Veg Nuggets are now ready. Serve with tomato ketchup or your preferred dip.
