Step 1

To make this simple dish, wash the potatoes and place them in a pressure cooker with water. Cook for 2-3 whistles in a pressure cooker. When the potatoes are boiling, remove them from the heat and place them in a basin.

Step 2

Mash the potatoes well with the red chilli powder, salt, chopped green chilies, grated ginger, chopped coriander leaves, and carom seeds. Combine all of the ingredients and set aside.

Step 3

In a dough kneading plate, combine wheat flour and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly, then add water and knead into a soft and smooth dough.

Step 4

When the dough is finished, take a tiny bit and roll it into a chapati with little dry flour. Fill this chapati with the potato filling and roll into a ball. Roll into another chapati with a little dry flour.

Step 5

Now, heat a tawa over medium heat and place this roti on it. Cook the paratha in a little Rani Refined Oil until it's a bit golden on both sides. Serve with butter and curd on the side.
